What is your refund/return policy?
All sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Should an album arrive damaged or suffering from major defects, specifically playback defects/damage, please contact us via email at info[at]tasrecords[dot]com with your order number along with some pictures, and we’ll work to get it figured out!
Replacements for defective/damaged/lost items are subject to replacement stock, but we may be unable to provide a replacement due to the nature of limited releases and colour variants.
TAS Records reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
How will my record be packaged?
All records are packaged in V03 whiplash mailers and come with the record outside of the jacket to avoid seam splits. If you’d like your records sent outside of their sleeves as well, leave a note during checkout and we will gladly do so.
CDs purchased with vinyl are included in the whiplash mailer, otherwise CD-only purchases are shipped in bubble mailers.
We ship out of Canada, and use a variety of shipping carriers: Canada Post, USPS, UPS, PostNL, APC, etc. A shipping carrier will be chosen based on the best available rate. Generally, the breakdown will look like this:
Canada: Canada Post
Rest of the World: PostNL / APC
All shipments are tracked and insured.
What should I know about international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or additional taxes, the responsibility of which falls on the buyer.
Is there an order limit?
Regular album copies (Vinyl & CD) are limited 2 per order.
Test presses have a hard limit of one copy per person. Test Presses should be ordered separately from other items.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you understand and agree with our purchasing limits. Orders that exceed limits may be cancelled at our discretion, and depending on the size of the order, we reserve the right to charge a 4-5% restocking fee to cover fees.
